Event Operations Group was established in 2004, as a specialised event support and event delivery company. Since inception, promoters and event organisers across Australia  have relied on our operational support to maximise the success of their events.

The Event Operation Group’s network of personnel are highly experienced in all facets of event operations, from greenfield sites to major international events. Not only will we get the job done, but we also make sure every event presents well and reflects the desired brand at all times.

EVENT WATER

When you have a thirsty crowd and no access to mains water, our WaterMonsters are ideal.
The WaterMonster is the first of its kind – a portable, lightweight, stackable hydration station.

EVENT PLUMB

We provide experienced event plumbers and all the equipment you need to connect your event. Temporary water infrastructures are designed for greenfield sites, pop-up restaurants, bars, established venues, compounds and more.

Australian Formula One Grand Prix
At this high-profile event, we provide event labour, gas and fuel compound management, track infrastructure installation, traffic control and container movements.
Australian Moto GP Grand Prix
Event Ops provide site management, event labour, safety officers, camping and paddock management.
Australian Open

Event Ops helps this marquee event, through supplying event labour for the operations during bump in, day/night crew during the two week event and bump out.

Oxfam Trailwalker Australia
At this famous endurance event, we provide event management through operations, risk and course management. Event Ops directs procurement, site builds  event labour and the event control centre.
Speed Series
Event Ops supports Motorsport Australia across the Speed Series season with gate management and accreditation, infrastructure build for Stan Sports and event labour.
Regional Council

Event Ops helps our local shire with operational procurement and planning, operations and venue management, emergency response planning, safety officers, traffic control planning and implementation
